MALACCA: A 44-year-old businesswoman was shocked when she received a notice from the Malacca Historical City Council for failing to settle five outstanding parking compounds dating back to six years ago.
Tan Bee Hwi of Jalan Kubu said it even alleged that she committed one of the parking offences at 3.36am on June 7 last year.
