BIDOR: Several cases of indigenous people believed to have lost their native customary land have been brought to the attention of Suhakam, said its vice-chairman Tan Sri Panglima Simon Sipaun.
Citing the case of villagers in Kundasang, Sabah, Simon said those affected claimed that police had evicted them from their land after another applicant was granted ownership.
