TAIPING: Three men fumbled in an attempt to hijack a lorry carrying cigarettes worth about RM70,000 when a high-tech device installed in the vehicle foiled their attempt on Monday.
When the suspects tried to escape in their getaway car, they found the police waiting for them at a roadblock.
