KUCHING: A magistrate’s court here was yesterday told that a college student, who is tentatively charged with murdering his college mate two months ago, is fit to enter a plea.
Sentosa Mental Hospital psychiatrist Dr Fairza Yahya tendered a report before magistrate Dayang Ellyn Abang Ahmad that he was mentally sound at the time of the incident.
