KLANG: The abundance of Indian traditional goodies and customers milling around the stall owned by husband-and-wife traders S. Arvind and K. Lega at Jalan Tengku Kelana, here, indicate that the Deepavali season is around the corner.
We have received orders for 6,000kg of ommapoddi (mixture) which is one of our popular items to supply to our customers here, said Lega, 30, a businesswoman, who has been selling traditional goodies since young in her hometown at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
