JOHOR BARU: Medical officers are being trained to handle anaesthetics for patients undergoing surgery at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital to help cope with the increasing number of operations.
The hospitals Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department head Datuk Dr B. Subrahmanyam said 26 medical officers with between two and three years' experience in the medical field were currently attached to his department under the training programme.
