KUALA LUMPUR: The 10% quota for non-bumiputras in matriculation colleges was not met for the 2003/2004 acade-mic session due to last-minute withdrawals.
“Still, the overall response from the non-bumiputra community has been very good,” Education Minister Tan Sri Musa Mohamad said, commenting on the first intake of non-bumiputra students into the matriculation colleges.
