JOHOR BARU: The Government is spending RM400mil to kick off the national service programme involving 86,000 youths starting February next year.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said 28,000 youths would be in the first batch of the programme and would undergo a month of physical and military training at 46 army camps.
