IPOH: Notice boards to identify authorised quarries should be placed at quarry zones, especially along the highway, to fend off public criticisms that operators were defacing limestone hills.
Perak Quarry Association president Musa Nordin said the state government should put up these signboards at quarry sites facing the expressway and roads, which were most noticeable.
