JOHOR BARU: The owner of a consulting and education services company is suing a private college here and its principal for defamation that the degrees issued by his company are not recognised by the Malaysian Government.
The case which was scheduled for hearing at the High Court here yesterday, has been postponed to April 5 and 6 next year as Judicial Commissioner Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad was on medical leave.
