PUTRAJAYA: The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) has been awarded a Category One classification under the International Aviation Safety Assessment by the United States' Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Transport Minister Datuk Chan Kong Choy said this was the second time the DCA was awarded the Category One classification. The first was in 1996, after an audit carried out by the FAA.
