PETALING JAYA: Malaysia has recorded an improvement in the latest results of the Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index 2003 (CPI), scoring 5.2 points out of 10 compared to 4.8 points three years ago.
Transparency International Malaysia president Tengku Abdul Aziz Tengku Ibrahim, however, noted that Malaysia was still viewed as a country that was not as transparent as it should be.
