JOHOR BARU: Some 10,000 people are expected to line both sides of the boulevard leading to the Putrajaya Convention Centre on Oct 16 to voice Malaysia’s call for global peace.

The PCC is the venue of the three-day Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) Summit, which begins on that day. “Since the road will be the route for OIC delegates, we want to show them and the world that Malaysians are united to see that peace prevails,” Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Hishammuddin Hussein said.
