TNB: Special scheme to offset losses

MUAR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) is looking into a special package scheme to offset losses incurred by consumers in five northern states following a massive power outage on Sept 1. 

Its chairman Datuk Dr Awang Adek Hussin said TNB was studying the scheme and would announce the details later.
