Five men freed of murder charge

KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal yesterday acquitted five men of murdering an estate worker in Teluk Intan, Perak, five years ago. 

The three-man panel headed by Court of Appeal judge Justice Abdul Kadir Sulaiman, together with Court of Appeal judge Justice Alauddin Mohd Sheriff and High Court judge Justice Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin, unanimously allowed the appeal of the five men.
