MIRI: The Sarawak Tourism Ministry has identified four “anchor destinations” in the cool pristine interior highlands of northern Sarawak to be turned into tourism centres which will prominently feature the unique lifestyles of the four main Orang Ulu groups.

The Mulu National Park world heritage site would be the anchor destination to showcase the culture and way of life of the Penans; Long Bedian the centre to exhibit the culture of the Kayans; the Bario highlands would showcase the Kelabit way of life and Long Semadoh the Lun Bawang culture.
