KUALA TERENGGANU: The delay in the issuance of a certificate of fitness (CF) is holding up the commencement of flights to the completed RM22mil airstrip on Pulau Redang.
Kuala Terengganu Municipal Council president Dr Sulaiman Abdullah said Berjaya Group, which built the 1.1km runway, had not fulfilled certain conditions.
