KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government wants the state’s pristine Maliau Basin to be designated as a world heritage site similar to the renowned Kinabalu Park here and Mulu Caves in Sarawak.
Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman said the state government was asking the state Culture, Arts and Tourism Ministry to pursue the matter.
