IPOH: Police believe they have busted a syndicate involved in producing pirated VCDs with the arrest of three men at a house in Taman Pertama here.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Ismail Abdullah said the suspects were arrested by a team of policemen from the Jelapang, Kampung Baru and Menglembu police stations in a raid at 1.50am on Sunday.
