KUALA LUMPUR: A 48-year-old man went berserk when several armed loan sharks supposedly threatened to bury him alive in a cemetery after he failed to return an initial RM4,500 debt.
The loan sharks had not only forced Yap Tian Soong to sell his only property, a flat in Jalan Samping, but increased the interest on the borrowed sum to RM33,000 in three months.
