PETALING JAYA: The Attorney-General’s Chambers is drafting an Evidence of Child Witnesses Bill that will allow for a child’s video-recorded testimony to be tendered in court as well as for the examination of children via live links.
Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail told The Star that he expected the bill to be ready for tabling in Parliament in April.
