PENANG: Persistent rain did not deter a large crowd from thronging the inaugural three-day Star Property Fair 2003, which started at the Penang International Sports Arena yesterday.
After a slow start due to the wet weather, the crowd started coming in after lunch and visitors were seen making a beeline for the more than 110 booths featured here.
