KUALA LUMPUR: City Hall (DBKL) yesterday agreed to pay RM20,000 as damages without admission of liability to a 54-year-old man, who sued the local authority after his wife drowned when she fell into an exposed drain three years ago.
Sessions Court judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah recorded the settlement agreed to by both parties.
