GOMBAK: Senator Hassan Shukri has been elected PAS deputy president for the next two years after facing stiff challenge from Terengganu exco member Datuk Mustafa Ali.
Hassan, 64, received 531 votes while the number of votes for Mustafa was not disclosed when the result was announced by party permanent chairman Abu Kassim Abdullah at the party headquarters in Taman Melewar here yesterday.
