IPOH: A community crime prevention programme, where police officers are assigned to specific housing estates to work with residents to fight crime, has been launched.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Ismail Abdullah said the programme called Konstable Masyarakat was the brainchild of Perak CPO Deputy Commissioner Datuk Amiruddin Embi.
