SEPANG: The Clean Food Regulation that will give the Health Ministry powers to act against dirty eateries and regulate all types of food outlets, from the hawkers to those in five-star hotels, will be gazetted before the end of the year.
Among others, the regulation would require that the 2.2 million food handlers in the country be certified free of communicable diseases and undergo training on preparation and handlingof food.
