KUCHING: Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud has suggested that house-warming parties be organised to promote neighbourliness among the people in towns.
He hoped that such gatherings could become a tradition particularly in new housing estates to enable residents to socialise and get to know each other.
