KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by a Ghanaian man against his death sentence for trafficking in 515.7gm of heroin.
Emmanuel Yaw Teiku, 43, who was sentenced to death by the Alor Star High Court on July 24, 2001, for trafficking and had swallowed 84 capsules containing the drugs, appeared calm and composed when the verdict was passed yesterday.
