KUALA LUMPUR: Developing countries should work with popular movements of developed nations to speak up and correct disparities and imbalances brought about by globalisation, said South African President Thabo Mbeki.
He said that now, even the developing countries were not speaking in one voice, citing as an example differences which existed among African nations with regards to Europes policy of agriculture subsidies to their farmers.
