KUALA LUMPUR: A consumer satisfaction survey by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) revealed that television viewers were most satisfied with the overall improvement of ntv7 followed by TV3.
Public stations TV1 and TV2 limped in at third and fourth places respectively, with respondents stating that more balanced news coverage was one of the areas that TV1 should focus on.
