KUALA LUMPUR: Retired Indian judge K. Jayachandra Reddy said a press council in Malaysia will help to regulate a “check and balance” in the media.
Stating that there could not be absolute freedom and absolute right to freedom, he said there should be a regulating body to cover the “fourth estate”, in reference to the press.
