PUTRAJAYA: Public Service Department (PSD)-sponsored medical graduates in foreign universities are no longer allowed to undergo housemanship abroad in a move to ease the shortage of medical officers in government hospitals.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Bernard Dompok said the graduates were also barred from signing any arrangement to serve with foreign hospitals after completing their medical studies.
