KANGAR: The completion of an alternative road linking Kaki Bukit to the border township of Wang Kelian is expected to help users avoid a dangerous curved stretch which was the scene of a mishap on Saturday.
Referring to the accident where a bus with 55 passengers, including the driver, skidded and plunged 20m into a ravine at KM6 Jalan Kaki Bukit-Wang Kelian, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim said this was the first time an incident occurred here.
