SEGAMAT: Efforts must be made to promote courses on textile and apparel manufacturing to meet the industry’s growing need, Utar council chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said.
He said the industry was constantly expanding and the fact that there were 2,000 textile manufacturers in the country was an indication of a need for skilled manpower.
