KUALA LUMPUR: A family of four who were involved in a road accident while performing the umrah in September last year are suing a travel agency, seeking more than RM100,000 in special damages for “breaching a duty of care and negligence.”
The suit was filed by the legal firm of Messrs Rashid Zulkifli on behalf of Abdul Majid Mat Salleh, his wife Che Minah Noriah Soh and their 15-year-old twin sons, Ahmad Anas Abdul Majid and Ahmad Afif Abdul Majid, at the High Court civil registry yesterday.
