KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu has decided to allow hotels owned by non-Muslims to serve liquor and organise performances by non-Muslim women.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said it was within the rights of non-Muslims who run the hotels to do so.
