RM10m to link LRT and monorail stations

KUALA LUMPUR: Infrastructure for pedestrians will be built to provide commuters easier access while they are on transit between light rail stations running on different lines. 

Transport Minister Datuk Chan Kong Choy said RM10mil would be spent on covered walkways, zebra crossings and overhead bridges at three transit points – between the Star-LRT Hang Tuah station and the Hang Tuah Monorail station, Dang Wangi Putra-LRT station and Bukit Nenas Monorail Station and Star-LRT Titiwangsa station and the Titiwangsa Monorail station.
