JOHOR BARU: Development projects should not be the only testimonies to Malaysia’s ability because it is also important for the country to be known for its civilised society, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.
He said that having sophisticated and high-tech facilities would not be meaningful, if the people did not know how to make use of them properly.
