KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah Court will record in early November the agreement and settlement between Tun Ghafar Baba and his former wife over the custody of their young child.
Judge Abu Bakar Ahmad fixed Nov 3 as the date after counsel Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Zain, who acted for Heryati Abdul Rahim, told the court that both parties were in the final stages of the settlement.
