MARANG: The parents of a Form Four student who lost a kidney after he was allegedly assaulted near his dormitory in SM Teknik in Batu Pahat are free to take legal action against the school, said Education Ministry parliamentary secretary Datuk Mahadzir Mohd Khir.
“It all depends on them, if they intend to pursue (the legal action), we will not stop them,” he said after opening the SK Marang Parent-Teacher Association AGM here.
