PENANG: Abdul Malik Mydin, who recently swam across the English Channel, will be conferred the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negri (DSPN) award, which carries the title Datuk, by the state government.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon made the announcement at a ceremony at the Penang International Airport yesterday to welcome his return.
