KUALA LUMPUR: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has initiated committal proceedings against a company director for failing to comply with a court order which directed him to submit his company’s 1999 income tax returns last year.
Lam Lee Hong Sdn Bhd director Lee Kuan was fined RM500 on July 3 last year after he admitted to not submitting income tax returns for 1999.
