KOTA KINABALU: A passenger’s black briefcase suspected to contain explosives put to test the security alertness at Kota Kinabalu International Airport on Thursday night.
Without any disruption to flights and passenger flow, the seven-hour scare turned out to be one caused by an electric shaver that was switched on and some Sarawak pepper in the briefcase belonging to a Japanese passenger.
