KUALA LUMPUR: The organiser of the Matta International Travel Fair will draw up a guideline on refunds and set up a hotline to better serve customers in case there is any backlash following Tuesday’s bombing of JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta.
The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) president, Tunku Datuk Seri Iskandar Tunku Abdullah, said its committee would be better prepared this time and would work with its members and the airlines.
