IPOH: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik was greatly touched when a stranger walked up to him to donate RM20 for the university’s fund when he was at a coffeeshop here on Sunday.
“We support you in setting up Utar. I wish to donate RM20 to it,” the man said to Dr Ling, who was having his favourite koay teow soup with Perak MCA committee members at the shop in Old Town during lunchtime.
