PENANG: Some 250 medical workers from China, who fought relentlessly against the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), are in Malaysia for a holiday treat as a reward.
The first batch of 38 doctors and nurses arrived here yesterday, together with 10 journalists and two members of the China Charity Foundation. The group, on an eight-day trip, arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.
