Move to attract tourists to highland town

MIRI: The Sarawak Ministry of Tourism wants to turn Bario settlement, a pristine little town located on the cool highlands of northern Sarawak, into a place where horses will replace cars as the main mode of transportation. 

This interesting but rather radical idea, if successfully implemented, will turn Bario into the first populated settlement in this state where cars will be restricted from the roads and where horse-drawn carriages are used instead.
