PENANG: Penangites are crying foul over the proposed felling of at least 11 neem trees lining Jalan Mesjid Kapitan Keling to make way for the RM6mil Penang Gold Bazaar project.
Three of them were felled and dug out about two weeks ago while the rest had “X” markings on their trunks, indicating they would be chopped down soon.
