ACA urged to probe CVLB senior official

THE Limousine and Taxi Operators’ Association has urged the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) to investigate a Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) senior official on excess taxi permits issued in the Klang Valley, Johor Baru and Penang, Berita Harian highlighted yesterday. 

Quoting the association president Yusoff Lahir, the daily reported that the association was prepared to provide information that the number of taxis had increased two-fold from 13,000 to 26,000 since last August.
