KUCHING: Energy, Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Amar Leo Moggie broke his silence yesterday as to why he suddenly stepped down as Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) president after leading it since its birth 20 years ago.
He said certain leaders had pressured him since he first made known his intention privately to discontinue his presidency in 2000.
